While we were there looking at the spring, a couple of young men came and one snorkled down to the bottom of the spring. There is another section where there are caves below the water's surface. Cave diving is quite popular at this site and at other springs as well. If you click on the pictures you should be able to see a bigger picture. The bottom of the pool/spring really WAS this turquoise. It was amazing! Some of our group swam. (Some of us napped.)
