My wife watches House Hunters on HGTV (and I end up being along for the ride):

Trey, it has historical value so its monetary value will increase. You should be jealous.

Tim, what can I say? Tim, what can I say? ;-) We did love the neighborhood but it's in a campground. The neighbors are constantly changing. So the neighborhood is good but those neighbors, well you never know.
